London-based duo Fracture+Neptune return to the operating table with a double dose of subatomic drum & bass. Following on from the awesome “8-Bit Bouncer” by Martsman, cloud nine is the destination this time as we demonstrate the deep versatility that has become synonymous with our sonic surgeons.

“Time Will Tell” is a spacious, mysterious roller that effortlessly combines elegant musicality with beastly undertones. Introducing itself through a hallucinogenic soundscape, this track seeks to melt the space-time continuum with a heady concoction of slick, well-crafted beats and snarling bass. Flipside “Sky Song” is a more laid back affair propelling you through the stratosphere with deep atmospherics, flanged synths and a brass ensemble precipitating over a melodious bassline progression. Discerning and thoughtful crate diggers will see that both pieces translate to the dancefloor.
